Ingredients:
- 1 tub cottage cheese
- 1 tub ricotta cheese
- 2 bags mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar spaghetti or pizza sauce
- 1 lb cooked ground beef or turkey added to sauce (optional)
- 1 box lasagna noodles, uncooked
Instructions:
- Mix together, cottage cheese, ricotta, 1 bag mozzarella cheese
- Layer the dish with sauce
- Add uncooked noodles
- Add cheese mixture
- Add sauce
- Repeat until ingredients are used up, ending with sauce on top
- Bake at 350˚ F for about an hour
- Test to see if the noodles are done with a fork
- 10 minutes before done, sprinkle top evenly with remainder of mozzarella cheese.
