Ingredients:
- 2 cans cream style corn
- 1 Box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350ยบ F
- Whisk eggs well in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (I usually put the Jiffy Mix in first).
- Mix well with a spoon until just combined.
- Pour into an 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown and set (no longer jiggles)
- Just like a cake, you can use a tooth pick to test....
